Trust administration is the proper handling and distribution of property and assets put into a trust after the death of the person who created the trust.

While a trustee can do this themselves courts require proper accounting notice to beneficiaries and legal distribution to the heir.  Often times trustees are overwhelmed by these requirements and are worried getting and trouble so they have an attorney help them with the administration of the Estate.
